Notice of cessation of marketing and deregistration of certain Shares
Hadron Capital LLP (Hadron), is the manager of the fund listed below which has been registered for marketing under Directive No. 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009, as amended by Directive No. 2014/91/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 (the UCITS Directive).
Hadron now intends to cease marketing and deregister the shares of the fund below in the Relevant Jurisdictions effective as of the Deregistration Date.
